Hey, I’m Jamie

I'm Jamie - a Personal Trainer and Online Coach from Scotland.

But above all, I’m a dad, a weekend bread baker, hot sauce aficionado, and a lover of learning languages.

When I turned 21, I left university and escaped all adult responsibility by moving to the Swiss Alps to become a Ski Bum. What a life: I partied hard, skied hard. But there came a time when it wasn’t serving me and the life I had begun to envision for myself.

After 6 years there, I found strength training and fitness. I know it’s a cliche, but it helped steer me away from a future I didn’t want to live and one I was stumbling towards.

Unhealthy, undisciplined, and unable to run for the bus without panting like a dog under the summer sun.

Thankfully, that’s not the future I ended up living.

I’ve wasted more time than I’d like to chasing different programs, exercise variations, and training strategies.

Why not give your training a better chance by learning from all the mistakes I’ve made by not making them yourself?

Life is tough and busy. You shouldn’t waste time in the gym. I’m here to cut the fluff so you train more effectively and efficiently.

PS. I don’t have that fluffy moustache anymore. Looking like a cop out of a 70s movie was so 2021.
